Hygiene and Food Safety Integrated Training Program

Food Safety has become an increasingly important and indispensable component for the success

of any business operating in the agro-industrial and food service sector. Food Safety

Education seeks to instruct target audients to utilize and develop the resources available

to them to achieve optimum quality in their production and increased recognition and loyalty of the clientele.

 Training Modules:

MEFOSA offers a comprehensive range of teaching and training modules covering food safety and quality, management system standards, environmental and occupational health & safety, to support your training needs.

 The training consists of 12 sessions. The sessions will take place at MEFOSA’s office in Hamra (Beirut – Lebanon), every Wednesday from 3 to 5 P.M. (Please refer to the attached Training Program).

Target Groups :

Food industries, restaurants and hotels, hospitals, laboratory technicians, food microbiologists, environmentalists, food engineers, and NGOs.

Training Fees :

The cost for the whole package is $300, and per session is 30$ per participant with a discount to early registrations completed before March 30. This fee includes handouts and training Material.

MEFOSA will offer 2 free training modules customized to the organization of participant(s) that will attend the full training program (12 sessions)
